Having experienced the culinary wonders of the Swiss Alps, dining at The Rex was a remarkable gastronomic journey. The breakfast spread, a symphony of locally sourced delights, was a testament to the region's rich produce. Each morning, the homemade jams and breads were a delightful reminder of Swiss craftsmanship.One evening, stepping into the Rex restaurant felt like entering a gourmet sanctuary. The chef's dedication to organic ingredients shone through each plate—nourishing and satisfying, highlighting the care of local farmers. The ambiance paired perfectly with the food, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and indulgence.The bar, where I enjoyed a carefully curated selection of natural wines, was a haven for relaxation. Sipping on a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, I savored each sip, knowing it had passed through the hands of true experts. The light menu, coupled with sourdough bread from their bakery, was a delightful touch.
