Having experienced the culinary wonders of the Swiss Alps, dining at The Rex was a remarkable gastronomic journey. The breakfast spread, a symphony of locally sourced delights, was a testament to the region's rich produce. Each morning, the homemade jams and breads were a delightful reminder of Swiss craftsmanship.One evening, stepping into the Rex restaurant felt like entering a gourmet sanctuary. The chef's dedication to organic ingredients shone through each plate-nourishing and satisfying, highlighting the care of local farmers. The ambiance paired perfectly with the food, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and indulgence.The bar, where I enjoyed a carefully curated selection of natural wines, was a haven for relaxation. Sipping on a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, I savored each sip, knowing it had passed through the hands of true experts. The light menu, coupled with sourdough bread from their bakery, was a delightful touch.
